For the first time since its formation, the NCDCP has participated in the international European Company Survey. In addition to the fact the information provided may contribute to further improving the working conditions of employees and the development of their vocational training, the contributions received from the remuneration for the completed questionnaires will be used to help children.

The European Company Survey (ECS), which is held every four years, aims to better understand issues related to the organization of work and the use of employees‘ skills, as well as the training and development of their skills in the context of the opportunities and constraints offered by the business environment.

The survey in the first half of 2019 was organized by Eurofound - European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions and Cedefop - European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training. The overview report for the ECS 2019 will be published in autumn 2020.

For each completed questionnaire, a fee of € 5.00 was set and a total of 367 company representatives participated in the survey. The sum collected will go to the 'Hodina deťom' (Children's Hour) Foundation.
